I got to measuring my injection depth and it varys by .050 is this a huge problem how close should I try to get them?

Yes it matters. Injector protrusion should be within a few thousandths if not dead on the nuts even between cylinders.

Ok I thought so too had bigger holes put in my head to get rid of pencil injectors and had to redo all the sleeves and wanted to get it all right Thank You for the input

they make different thickness copper washers to adjust that issue ,they all should be the same depth
