4430 perma clutch May 13, 2009 10:56AM
i was wondering how you lock the clutch and the pto discs together on a 4430 scyncro shift?

you weld the two clutch hubs together and you have to alter the clutch valve body so main and pto bearings engage at the same time

also have a machine shop take the inner splines off the pto hub so it doesn't drive the pto shaft.

or just take the big gear and the big long shaft that runs from it to the pto shaft out for good and lose around 100lbs or more, unless your rules say differant
