I'm going to Gordyville for the first time and it says NFMS rules. Do they provide the fuel and water??

Water has to be purchased at the pull. Bring your own fuel.

Don't most pulling tractors start with your so called junk ih truck engines last I knew most of them used a 400 sieries IH block to start with

do they provide electricity for us to heat blocks and housings with? If so how much electric? Also r small silent propane heaters allowed?

There are a number of power outlets inside the building, as well as added power banks. You are allowed to run LP heaters as well. Be prepared tho, the more you bring, the more you have to move around. They will shuffle classes around as they pull and you may not always end up back in your original spot, so make sure all of your stuff is kept together.
