Anyone know the deal that is worked out between these guys? I assume Chizek provides the checkbook and Terry wrenches... But is that the gist of it, any money exchanged, etc.? And what is Korth's role other than a driver? And why doesn't Chizek drive one?

Just wondering, as the team seems to function well.

Supposedly,Terry an Josh are on the payroll to keep the tractors ready to hook,Brian supposedly keeps all the winnings fo his role in the pulling,Chizick takes care of all expenses,but that's just the rumor.

Further evidence, nobody likes a winner. If they finished third every hook, not a thing would be discussed here.
