Just wanted to remind everybody that the Sweet on Life Pulling for a Cure charity tractor is this coming Friday June 3 in Rock Valley, Iowa, at the Thunder in the Valley pulling arena. It will be a test and tune as usual, and everyone is invited to come try out their truck or tractor. We do have a set group of classes, and if you don't fit in we will find a place for you to pull. We will be running the Farm Stock, 3000rpm, ProFarm/Light limited pro, and Super Farm classes. We have had 4.1 pros and Two wheel drive trucks from Outlaws pull with us in the past, so I can't stress enough, if you want to make a test pass come on over and give it a try. All proceeds from the evening will go to the American Cancer Society, the gate fee, the entry fee, and the concession stand it all goes to the ACS. New for this year and to commemorate the 15th anniversary of this event we will be selling raffle tickets for a chance at an ATV, a child's 4 wheeler, and a commemorative 1/64th toy pulling replica courtesy of Ham Boyz Racing Toyz out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Tickets will be available the night of the pull. As always the pedal pull will start a 7:30 for the future pullers of America, with registration 7. Gary Sobatka will be trying to tie everybody down with the Rock and Red Rock sleds. So yeah, on behalf of the Sweet on Life Relay for Life team thank you to everyone who has helped us in the past, and we hope to see a packed grandstand, and a long lineup of pullers Friday night, and help support a great cause. Smoke flies at 6:30pm. |
