What kind of pressure on the inlet side do we need to have on a Roosamaster 450?
3000rpm class What's the best electric lift pump to use? |

all depends on how your pump builder set it up. I like the black holley pump at 15 psi for my roosa 450 builds, and I keep the factory transfer pump in use in the injection pump. I've built a few for guys that aren't allowed an external pump, so just set up for gravity feed. Still works pretty good, just don't like making the pump pull fuel through the filter. |

I ran a 450 pump built by schied ,ran two sure flo pumps.primary pump was 100psi,when I hooked to the sled I kicked a second one on it was 50psi.went down the track at 150 psi.was on a sbjd 466,ran really good. |

I was told you would set the pump up at those pressures. I guess it's the risk you want to take. |
