Seems like I see several of these classes popping up around NE Ohio this year, but I can't seem to find a written set of rules for it. Does anyone know who is in charge? What the rules are? Just how open is it?

Need to be in a organization with said rules, not likely in Ohio all the antique boys are doing there best to keep the fifty year old tractors out
