New as IH540
|
Hi guy, I just need some help to go in the good direction. The limit of my class is that we can't have more than a 3x3 charger. I was pulling with a 466 but I'm now new with 540. I want to know aproximately how much cc of fuel I need , good pump timing with a 13mm ppump and how much water should I need.
Thanks guy for help |

Open rpm I'm assuming? And who's turbo are you going to run? |

Yeah open RPM and I'm running a gt42 but I'm looking to buy a precision. |

With the precision 'hot farm wheel' 6 blade I'd start here:
775cc fuel 40-45 ounces water per pass (10sec run time) 34 degrees on timing Timing will very some depending on who's injectors you're running and the spraying angle of them but 34 is pretty safe Also if your gt42 you have now is a ball bear center section you would be money ahead just getting a compressor wheel and cover from harts or Fvp. Either one is substantially better than an older Percision is Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/26/2016 08:27AM by Dairy blend. |

Approx how much more power will a fairly current precision 3x3 make over a gt 42 3x3 box turbo? |

Upwards of 100hp, precision isn't 'the turbo to have' right now either... The latest harts is 40-50hp better then the precision is
'1466' I have a harts wheel id sell for $350 looks brand new. I think a new cover from harts is $500 Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/28/2016 02:19AM by Dairy blend. |

Dairy blend, do your harts wheel fit on a gt42 ball bearring? |
