Saturday night in Platteville will be the final hook for ECIPA's "Late Summer Sweep" 4.1 Limited Pro points series. We've averaged 11 tractors so far over the first 2 hooks. Look forward to seeing everyone next weekend!

We only had 8/10ths of an inch of rain the Wednesday. I left the track last night at 10 and it was looking good for tonights show.

We should have the results up later I'll post them when I get them, I'll take the blame for the delayed posting. Thanks to all the competitors this summer, this went above our initial visions for this summer. Congratulations to Bill Figanbaum on his points victory. Another thanks to Jason Bye, Mike Shultz, Ross Langmaid for making all the hooks. For all of those who are interested we will be running about the same sweep next summer, with five or six hooks and a 3200 dollar purse. And for those of you who are interested the rules meeting/banquet will be November 19th at the longbranch in Cedar Rapids. As always if you have any questions call me at 319 721 7225.

Gary and I would like to thank everyone who pulled and the fans who watched the pulls on Friday and Saturday night at Dairy Days. We are working on getting additional parking and additional seating for next years event.

On behalf of the Tri-co. Pullers, we want to thank the entire Dairy Days crew for having the mini-rods this year. The track was excellent, the hospitality tops notch, crowd enthusiastic!! Was awesome to pull in my hometown!! Hope everyone enjoyed the minis, and hope we can make this an annual event for us. Sorry about the weather, but if, we could control that, we would be busy doing other things!!! Thanks again for an awesome night of pulling!! Stacy Butson
