Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 19, 2009 10:53AM
Just a reminder on the Cumberland tractor, truck pull, We have a brand new clay track, over 30 feet wide, 350+ feet long. It's not just a truck, tractor either, GONNA BE LOTS OF FOOD, AND PLENTY OF BEER THERE, hope everybody can make. Classes are above on post. Thanks

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 19, 2009 03:33PM
Who's Sled are you going to have there, so I know if I should bring a clevis or can use my regular pulling hitch? example last night at the fair and that situation

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 21, 2009 03:02PM
wild rose will be there both nights. you can use your pulling hitch....brad comes prepared, and lets the tractors get the pull they paid for. win lose or draw no tractor should be slammed to a stop at 125 feet like they were at barron county. I will guarantee jonny petersons sled will never be on cumberlands track.....if it were up to me that jerk wouldn't ever get another pull again. THE FAT FLAGMAN.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 21, 2009 04:08PM
Wow, somebody really likes the green sled. If that sled is so great then why does he have to put the wheels down for the smaller classes? How does he know how much "wheel" to give them? I have watched and he just looks at the pan and bumps a switch a few times. I have noticed not everybody gets the same amount of "wheel". Once in a while he forgets and that poor guy doesn't get any. I have not seen any other sled that starts with the wheels down and the pan off the ground. Maybe I just don't understand how it works, please enlighten me. My point is why can't he put the wheels up like every other sled. If you don't believe me just watch at the next pull he is at.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 22, 2009 01:51AM
We will see you in Cumberland then, fat flagman!

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 22, 2009 04:01AM
I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the thread this morning. Come on people lets leave it as an informational
place, instead of a sled bashing site.
This organization is sticking their necks out for a new pull in town and spending a bunch of time and money to see it
succeed. We don't need it to be ruined by someone's temper.
If you are interested in the pull return to the first thread.
The Hockey Association also has a Harley Davidson V-Rod on a raffle. Tickets are $25 a ticket or 6 for $100.
I have tickets for sale for this so if interested call 715-357-3524 Dave Whitman.
The annual Rutabaga fest is also on during this time so come on over and enjoy the weekend.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL July 24, 2009 01:46AM
Hey Steve,
I will be in Neillsville. The boy's can handle the tractor pull. I should be able to go and put down
a couple of runs and get back for the end of our tractor pull.
I may need some help from Fred, he would keep them in line ehh.
That was a good drivers meeting, short and to the point.
Oh yea, I got that!!!

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 21, 2009 12:20PM
They may have done some motor work, but it doesnt mean they are hobby stock or the bigger classes improved farm. Come and pull and deal with it. Thats what the speed limit is for.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 01, 2009 01:07AM

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 03, 2009 01:42AM
4010, do you have any information on the tractor pull in Almena?

Thanks,
Jeff

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 08, 2009 02:56AM
We are having a garden tractor and atv pull in Cumberland on August 15. Atv start at 10:00 A.M. and garden tractors at 1:00 P.M. Hope to see you there. The track is at the hockey rink. Turn south on 8th street off of 63(across from Burger King) and go straight through the 1st stop sign and it will be on the left in Islander Park. Thanks.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 08, 2009 10:01AM
Are they going to keep farm stock for stock tractors or are they going to let people in who spend a bunch of money to win a $5 trophy?

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 08, 2009 10:59AM
Running a pace tractor in the farm classes.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 10, 2009 09:26AM
Who is going to Cumberland for hot tractors?

ReTougue Outay back in farm classes August 09, 2009 09:58AM
The cumberland youth hockey tractor pull will be having payback in farm classes. The Island city snowmobile club in cumberland has decided to donate more money for payback in the farm classes. Entry fee for farm classes will be 20.00 per hook and payback will be $50.00-- $30.00---$20.00. No trophies. Thanks

Re: ReTougue Outay back in farm classes August 09, 2009 02:55PM
I for one am glad to see it! Thanks for making it worth my while. Might have to bring the big one up there.

Re: ReTougue Outay back in farm classes August 11, 2009 07:01AM
I for one think it is a good idea to pay back farm classes- granted we may not have the money in our tractors as the hot guys do but it still costs us money to come to these pulls- So thank you for the payback!!

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 11, 2009 09:52AM
First hook for the trucks will be 6:00 p.m.
We decided to backup the start time so others could possibly attend
coming from another pull.
Thanks

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 12, 2009 12:20PM

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 13, 2009 01:34AM
Finally no econo mods

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 13, 2009 01:57AM
Truck and tractor pulling would be alot more enjoyable without those "rock pile specials" at almost every damn pull you go too!

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 17, 2009 04:04AM
Mary Ann, I was wondering if you and the other girls were able to make it to Clear Lake this weekend?

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 17, 2009 05:13AM

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 13, 2009 04:50AM
Are the rules for the After Chores Special Class 11,000 & 13,000 the same as Hot Farm at most pulls?
A series pump, 3 X 3 turbo, air shut off, Wheelie bars, no cut tires and etc?
No P Pumps ?

Seen some Hot Farm run in Hasting, Mn . They had only A series pumps .. and the rest of the rules listed above. Exciting class. The tractors are still very stock appearing.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 16, 2009 08:59AM

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 17, 2009 05:16AM
Are you saying these tractors are trash?
Or are they not stock looking ?
Cut tires ??

What is your problem Trash ?

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 17, 2009 09:37AM
No I am not saying these tractors are trash, Trash is my login, got it from the family business, and that is why they list who posted the thread, that is where Trash was listed. That is why there is an author colum. I think after chores class is one of the best to watch. And no I don't have a problem. I was responding to the post above mine.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 19, 2009 03:55AM
I just wanted to know if there was going to be any other hot tractors there. If nobody else is going to be there I am not going to haul both of my tractors 2 hours to pull against no competition. I will go some place else then.

Re: CUMBERLAND, WI 1ST ANNUAL TRUCK & TRACTOR PULL August 19, 2009 04:30AM
Mike Olson was running at Clear Lake. Rich I think is still putting it back together, Nate, Haven't heard, OConnell sold his. Warner & Thompson, were running at Clear Lake. Smith is done for the season and so is Dorwin's. Kurt don't know if he is coming. Heard he hugs his tires a lot.
Wishes he could find Shirley Sue & Molly Sue !
The After chores if fun to watch!
