Can't wait to get a taste of NTPA Grand National pulling in Langford. It will be great to see all of the Traveling LLSS series tractors that make the trip too! The Empire State pullers have been putting on some good action so far this season. WNY has much to offer for pullers and fans making their first trip to the area. Plenty of great places to eat and about a 45 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Visit our website Down-Home Country Weekend and like our Facebook page @LangfordUSA for up to date event information. Feel free to message the FB page with any questions or recommendations. Our Jamboree on Saturday August 5 will be featuring Phil Vassar.
More info will be posted for pullers and teams in the next few days! Thank You to everybody that supports the Langford-New Oregon Volunteer Fire Company. Thanks to Dick and Jake Morgan for the space! |

I'm planning on coming to the pull in a couple of weeks. I'm assuming it is ok to get there on Saturday with the hauler? Will this be Ok? Is there anything special we need to do for that? Thanks |

To the Pullers Coming to Langford,
On behalf of the Langford - New Oregon Volunteer Fire Company we would like to give you some information regarding our Pull on August 6th. We are thrilled to bring the NTPA to town for the first time in our long history which extends back to our first pull in 1946. Of course we are also thrilled to have LLSS National Tour brought to us by the WNYPPS and our friends with the Empire State Pullers. Our "Down Home Country Weekend" combines a Saturday Concert and Jamboree and the Sunday Pull. Pits & Camping We have relatively spacious Pit area, but with 3 organizations coming to town we want to make sure that the Pullers and their Rigs get prime consideration. We have overnight Camping offered to the attendees which is adjacent to the Pit area. All Pullers will get complementary camping privileges for the Hauler and one additional Camper. Should you have an additional Camper/s they will be charged the $60.00 weekend camping fee. (From Friday –Monday Morning included). We will make every effort to get the additional Campers and Support vehicles near the pits, but timing may play a factor. Should you want to visit the sights, you are free to come in whenever you like. On Saturday for the Jamboree & Concert everyone on the Entire Grounds (with the exception of the Pullers) is required to buy admission to the show (and wear the wristband) which is $20.00. Pullers who want to join the Fun should consider buying the Wristbands when you come into the pits, saving the hassle later. Sunday the grounds are opened up and admission is charged just in the Fenced in Pull Track and Stands. The admission is $20.00 for the entire day and the Association Admission rules apply to the Pullers and Crew. No need to rush out Sunday Night, you are welcome to Spend the night and leave Monday morning. Actually everyone is invited to the clean up on Monday if they care stay! Saturday’s Jamboree: This year’s Headliner is Nashville Singer Songwriter PHIL VASSAR who will perform at 7:30 pm. He is a very talented entertainer that puts on a Great Show! Gates open at 3pm as we have live music from 4pm - 11pm with local bands playing before and after Phil Vassar. We have a huge outdoor dance floor for those who want to kick it up and dance. Of course you can just sit and enjoy the show by standing stage side, sitting on a blanket or sport chair on the grass covered hill or on the bleachers. Concessions: Forget about cooking as the food is all good and reasonably priced. We have our World Famous BBQ Chicken, Burgers, Sausage, Hot Dogs, Sweet Corn, Salt Potatoes, French Fires, Pizza, Popcorn, Peanuts, Ice Cream (Lots of Choices!). To wash it all down there are plenty of beverage choices: Water, Milk, Soda, Malted Adult Beverages and Beer (Lots of Beer). Open 3pm-11pm Saturday, Sunday 11am- Close – We may sell out of food on Sunday Night so plan accordingly Sunday Morning Coffee and Donuts will be sold in the Pits starting at 7am. There is a small (really small) Convenience Store in Langford within walking distance of the Grounds open 7am-9pm.
