4010 Injector Tips

Need to rebuild the injectors in the 4010. Currently running a 0.370 pump with stock lines. Are there any bigger tips that I could pick up and take to the local shop when they rebuild them? They are the early big body injectors not pencils. Pretty sure they are the Bosch not the Scintilla. Also, do you replace the combustion washers R463R when you pull them or ok to reuse? I also found steel T20055 and copper T11292 line washers. The pump came with new steel washers and it seeps a little even after bumping the torque up a little. I was going to put in all new copper washers unless there was a reason steel was needed. My guess is that JD switched to steel because copper is expensive, but after 50 years of use and repair copper might seal up better. |

Can run thinner copper washers.
The injector itself flows pretty well the holes in the tips are very small. Can have them enlarged. Call or text me if you like 402640411four. |

be very careful going thinner washers on a 4010/4020 early. The long skinny sac of the tip can hit the piston, especially if the head's been milled a few times. I did have a customer that happened to before I got the injectors to fix. |

There is a replacement seal washer for your problem. Designed for IH but work great on 4010s they have tephlon centers in copper washer |

I think I might have found them:
670207C1(Case IH) D670207C1 (Dipaco Diesel) I also found R48511 which looks like it is plastic for 4520/4320 |
