I was wondering if someone might know the bore diameter of a stock 504 case head gasket. I have to duplicate one from copper but I don’t know the stock size that will fit over the lip on the sleeve.

Any help would be appreciated.

The stock gasket I have in front of me for a 504 measures 5.225" +/- a couple thou.

Thanks It seems like there is a few diameters. I am going to have to check more what this fellow has. And yes I make the gaskets (905) 435-0633

There are different sleeve O.D.'s, should check them 1st

Robert, rdl1953 is correct. There are different sizes there as well as "fire dam" heights (in case you are working on something that will require rings) I have a drawing for one that I was working on if you are needing some references. Shoot me an e-mail if you need it.
