Building a hot farm and have access to a 4010 bell housing back with finals and axles or should a person rather look for a 4020 or newer rear end housings? Would probably install 3spd and have it all needled so can move up in the future.

If you plan on moving up i would definitely look for a 4020 , alot heavier and stronger , would also recommend putting a 3 spider differential in out of a 50series. Other option would be 50 series powershift and drop a profab in but that's gets pretty spendy . Hope this helps
