I was told entry fee is $200 so I decided not to go with my tractor. Wanted to but to pricey for me. Was told 8 admission tickets (2 per session) was included but they have no value to me I only plan on being there for the session that my tractor would hook in. Nice close pull for me but a 260ish track I don't have a gear for anyway. |

I not running the show down I'm glade someone is trying to do something up there it just doesn't work for me I'll probably go watch a session depends on what is going on here on the home front. |

Will Be There
|
Wow Russell. Look at the line up of applicants. Evidently the price was OK for them. The tickets alone are almost worth the entry fee. And you say they have no value to you. You do realize it's an invitational pull. You are not guaranteed to get accepted. And with that attitude I would doubt you will if you ever apply. It is a new event that needs support and not the negativity you have shown. |

Speaking of the Light Pro Field, are the rules same as Gordyville? |

Why is Gordyville at6500lbs and 3500rpm’s for some tractors in the light pro field? Those tractors run bigger turbos and inter coolers.ITPA and Illanna tractors run 6000 and 3000and no coolers with a smaller turbo.Cowtown showdown is all Mid-Missouri and Missouri State tractors so might as well run the same rules as all summer |

At gordville the ITPA and Illiana guys pull in the pro field class. I believe I was the only competitor that showed up to compete from either organization. We are allowed 3500 RPMs and 6500lbs just like the pro-field guys. We are at a big disadvantage though because we do not have inter-coolers like the guys that run in Pro-field in Missouri all year. The competitors I talked to were all nice and were impressed to see that I wasn't much behind them even without an inter-cooler. Already looking forward to next year. I run the "Student Loans" Allis 180. |
Re: Kansas City March 14-16

what
|
Why does he want to change it to 3500 rpm. He can't compete at 3000 rpm what does he think is going to happen when they crank them to 3500. He will go from losing by 30 feet to 60 feet. |

Dick H would look to me like if you are going to accuse someone of the things you have then you need to sign you name to it. As far as I'm concerned I have no reason to "lay low" as you call it I'm not guilty of doing anything wrong. The only thing I'm guilty of (myself and some others) is for trying to make improvement in some of the rules in the lite-pro field class in MMTTPA that we felt needed to be addressed. I think this is not the post to be discussing this issue this is a post for the KC pull which I hope goes very well for the promoter and I fully support them in what they are doing and I wish them the best. |

Gordyville rules for Light Pro Field(6500lbs.). The only class that is still open for entries the Light Pro class(8700lbs.) It was a late addition to the class line-up. |
