Super field class January 24, 2019 03:24PM
Wondering what the best tire would be for a 3lm 466 3200 rpm p pump non cut tire class. Was wanting input on what's a better tire to use and why? 24.5 32 or 20.8 38?

Everyone I've seen runs a 20.8, here in Nebraska 20.8 is max tire size for that class. I am not sure they could spin a 24.5 and most of those tractors run hard for what they are

Here in Ohio we run 18 4 38

A 23.1- 34 would be a good size.

rite at 650 hp at the dyno and 3000 rpm with 466 cubes

Where are you from?

Re: Super field class January 26, 2019 12:58PM
I think it depends on what's available for you at good price in your area. 18.4 38s work great for us. But the guys out west like 20.8 38s not sure 3lm tractors would be good with much bigger or worth the money going bigger then that for ya. If you want a good ride its definitely a power to weight ratio deal. Lighter the better I think. But everyone is different just my opinion.

Nebraska Bush rules state 20.8 x 38 is the largest allowed. Can run any cut. Other local associations that are picking up the 3200 class are following Nebraska Bush rules. Outlaws have picked up the 3200 clutch ass this year. They have 7 hooks listed as of now.
Their rules are posted on their website.

That was supposed to say that Outlaws picked up the 3200 class.
Stupid auto correct.
