Farmall m llss rearend ??????

Has anyone used a farmall m super m or mta rearend to build a llss . What is the difference between a m and a 560 rear what trans parts and pinion options are out there for a m/sm/mta . I'm asking for a friend trying to figure out some options for him |

Ted an Tony Dibble "" Binder Lite "" ran one for a few years in Ky, they still have it, not sure about the difference in the M or a 560 but im sure either Ted or Tony could an would help you with questions, BINDER LITE is no longer in business but maybe someone on here knows how to get in contact with them. |

Tony and Teds wasnt a M it was a 560 an M is way to weak |

they do share the same axle housing =however. |

The original M has a shorter center section which means that the engine (and weight) would be further backward. It will not bolt up to the TA center section. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/08/2019 11:32AM by Wayne S.. |

Even the 560s that didnt make it back to the dealers for the recall was weak different cut on the gears and smaller bearings |

It was the early 460's that had the smaller axle's |

We just thinking on using the castings and building the rearend as needed but who knows what's going to happen for sure he just had a mta rear end because motor is junk and we were doing some thinking lol |
