Call jegs or summit. Mustang II rack and pinion. Then you'll need non-power steering tie rod ends from them or AutoZone can order them. I have it on a 9000# tractor. Works good

I have a engler style tube front axle assembly with hubs and rack, also misc 3/4" rods and steering rod bearings for $500. can send pics if you leave number or email. Went to air ride and cut this assembly off the tube frame.

I’d also be interested in seeing pictures of your Engler front end. Thanks 2704993387
