I was wondering if I could get pointed in the correct direction on the length of the tractor frames. I see in the rule book it says 114” max wheel base and 13’ max from center of rear axle to forward most part of tractor. Does that 13’ count the tow hook? Or is the tow hook not counted as part of the total length. Any help would be great thanks

Generally a tow hook is not counted.

One time a few years ago Doug Roberts put a form on here for anyone to use. Have know idea how you could find that now.
