Model 100 injection pumps

Does anyone have any recommendations on pump builders that are still working on the model 100 pumps? Seems like the pumps are falling out of favor with some builders due to being labor intensive--or other reasons. My current Model 100 13mm is rated at 350cc, should I put a feeder pump on to pressurize the fuel prior to delivery to the injection pump? Thanks in advance for any assistance/recommendations. |

You can help your model 100 by making sure there is sufficient supply. Add an additional tank vent, the stock fuel cap vent can cause a vacuum in the tank. You can dual feed your primary fuel filter by using the stock fuel tanks drain port to go to the bleeder side of the primary filter. And a electric fuel supply makes a difference. Some guys gut the stock lift pump and drill out the stock fuel fittings to increase flow. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 04/23/2020 06:24AM by gonzo 1066. |

My understanding is that pressure is critical on the 100. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you only have 1 plunger feeding 6 hungry mouths, so that plunger has 1/6 of the fill time of an inline pump. |
