Got a set this spring, always answered or called back. He said 6 weeks and I got them in 6 weeks.

I ordered a set this spring. Was told six weeks and they showed up 12 weeks later incorrect. They acknowledged the mistake and told me 4-6 more weeks for replacements. Then a week later told me I was moved to the front of the line for replacements. I’m now 19 weeks in, and when I call it goes to voicemail and I never get a call back.
