This might be a dumb question but who pays for all the damage? The "Heads Up" Ford has significant damage that wasn't the fault of the driver, the trailer he hit is damaged, and it sounded like there was an older farm tractor sitting on the other side of the trailer that had the cast wheels cracked when the trailer hit it. I'm sure the sled was damaged also but common sense says the sled owner would be responsible for that. Oh yeah, a couple of hay bales too!
Glad no one was hurt! |

I think it is a pretty much everybody's own risk type thing and they all have to fix their own stuff. I could be wrong though. What a shame. That is 2 beautifu New Hollands that have been badly damaged in the last 5 or 6 weeks. |

Looks like a very bad accident, I’m glad to hear Randy wasn’t hurt. Don and Randy are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and I hate to see a mishap like this to anyone, especially such nice people. Jake Morgan Owner, PULLOFF.COM Independent Pulling News This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated. Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal. |
