Full Pull Productions never charges a per hook/insurance fee if you are not a member. Just the normal hook fee for the class. Anyone is welcome to pull.

No hook fee? I'm not in your area, but I've never seen that. Does the payout come from sponsor money? Kudos to Full Pull Productions for that.

What that means is, there is no increase in hook fee's if you're not a member of the organization. Everyone pays the same hook fee regardless of membership.
