Anyone had any hassle from DOT for not using Elogs in your tractor trailer ? Whats the workaround for it? Private not for hire stickers or?

You’re exempt if your truck is a 99 or older or if you only operate within a 150 air mile radius. But the one I would suggest is your exempt if you only use your truck 8 days or less in a 30 day period. I would get out my magic pen and make it look like I only used the truck 4-5 days a month. Loose leaf logs are your friend.
