Re: New class September 16, 2023 04:25PM
After trememdous support by all the D-21s at the Half Century of Progress show, they are addimg a D-21 class. There's 1 rule- must be D-21 sheet metal.

Other than thst, anything goes.

This could be the start of something big.

It might just lead to a class for every make and brand of tractor! Beer

Where in Illinois is this new class you talking about at the state of Illinois has several organizations in it. What’s the class rumor???

Re: New class September 17, 2023 04:12AM
There's been a push for a mod class in itpa that would mimic outlaw rules essentially. Sounds like it's going to happen.

Re: New class September 17, 2023 08:44AM
We were told that there is going to be a LLSS class also because there is a lot of old LSS tractors setting that would come out and run

Re: New class September 17, 2023 11:50AM
Yes ive had a few calls concerning rules if the class happens sounds like it could be a go

Re: New class September 17, 2023 02:17PM
LLSS in Illinois would be awesome, I'd definitely come down to pull with you guys. Especially at Rantoul at the Half Century of Progress if they'd have the LLSS class there. Please allow the 470 tractors and the 360 twin turbo diesel tractors, these two combinations get left out a lot in other organizations.

Re: New class September 17, 2023 02:38PM
I hope they run mid south TNT. NTPA rules they will get a lot of tractors

Re: New class September 18, 2023 01:15AM
Needs to be 3inch SMOOTH BORE turbos on BOTH fuels and needs to be 6000lbs, TNT and Mid-South rarely have over 8 tractors in each class, ESPECIALLY TNT, ( of course toward the end of season numbers go up but generally only 8 in Mid- South and maybe 4 TNT ) BOB and KTPA kept the weight at 6000lbs and better numbers usually ( of course breakage affects all organizations ) .Usually they will about always have 12 to 15.
