I just started a new tread. I’m sure another crap show is going to happen again tonight. I’m post this right after trail blazer pulled and they just announced the pull off as I’m typing.
My point is I don’t care who it is. Keep them out of the sand and make it a show. Now the talk is not a pull but who buries the frontend, tears it up and oh by the way your 3 inch’s out of a pull off. I don’t get it. Rusty Oeth Update: End result I feel like the pull committee got lucky. I would have bet there would had been 4 in the pull off. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/14/2025 03:20PM by Johndeere9610. |

Breaking front ends in the sand doesn't seem as common anymore. Back it the day it was, but not near as often now.
Maybe some pullers hate hitting the sand, but guys like Jason Barker tonight dropped his hook and said in his interview he wanted to put it in the sand. He did! I'm not a fan of bulldozing through the pile but fine tuning a sled for 4 feet is pretty tricky. It's pretty astonishing that Vaughn can get that close that consistently one the first attempt given all the variables. Maybe we could extend a little grace when things arent 100% perfect. Overall, the sled setting have been amazing from a spectator standpoint. Jake Morgan Owner, PULLOFF.COM Independent Pulling News This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated. Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal. |

Masterson oughta tell "the committee" he ain't hooking if Schmucker don't, Kevin got screwed. But then again everything is subject to change based on "the committee's" opinion, instead of the actual "distance." That's why it'll always be a show with a big brush pull on the side Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/18/2025 12:42AM by mh49. |

Just set a full pull mark at 245’ and be done with it (for the PS class). You hit the sand, you know you’re in plain and simple. They continue to move the distance to try and eliminate a pulloff. How in the world can you have it “move” after the class has started? That’s always blown me away. You know the pullers hate that but they won’t publicly mention it or they’ll not be invited back. This all leads the good ole” boy club click that I’ve spoke off on here before referring to who gets “accepted”. |
