whats good timing for a stock motor with a 13mm rotary pump onit turbo 2.5by 2.75 stock cam .93 lines 22duel feed injects thanks for any info.

We are running our timing at 16 on the flywheel with 20 degree advance in the fuel pump. So that makes it 36. This is with a 15mm rotary pump.

It depends does your pump have the interadance locked out or not . A stock pump has 14 dergres or timing built into it. So if your pump stil has interadvance you want to run around 18. IF its locked out you want to run around 32. IF your running open rpm you may want to advance just a lil more.

Yea run it down the the road set at 18 and if its lazy on the top side and blows alot of fire its locked out . if its got good top end and no fire it still has it!

depends on rpm,, if ur running open rpm's,,,that engine will run very well at 22 to 24 degrees,,provided that it has a working intravance timing device, which is 14 degrees,.if ur rpm is limited to 3000 mor so,,,you may want to run about 20 degrees,,,, ever engine has its own sweet spot,,but those numbers will make good power,,, been building those pumps for 30 plus years,,,many strong running pumps that we built ,are still winnin pulls today, we are building a few 16 mm pumps for this season, very limited number will be built, get on the list !,,,,it will put you out front,410-259-7505

so would i add the pump degrees to the overall timing like if i set the crank at 20deg than put the pump onthat would be 34deg
