a-pump to p-pump January 31, 2010 03:16PM
Going to put a p-pump on an a-pump block jd 466. was told a pump shop could turn down the p-pump to the a-pump deminsions and all I would need to do is drill new holes to mount it. Engine is in tractor and I dont want to tare down to do this. Has anyone done this? Any input would be greatly appreaceated.

Yeah its no big deal, but you will need to use ap- 3000 series with the 25mm camshaft and the small diameter on the bearing support.
