I could be wrong, but I don't think the D-21 Al pulls now is the old Allis Cowboy. I think it came from out west somewhere (Kansas?)

im probably wrong too but i thought kochs tractor was originally one of the mckinnon brothers?

I believe it is Francis Argenbrights (sp) old tractor. He was from Kansas but I cannot remember what town. There is a picture of it on the front page of The Few The Proud The Orange.

Heres the history of the current Koch D-21 the best that I can remember.

Tim McGuire at Wood River,NE pulled it in the early-mid 1970's.
Francis Arganbright at Waterville,KS pulled it in the mid-late 1970's.
Butch Mason at Ringwood,OK pulled it in the early 80's.
It sat for around 20 years until Koch bought it.

A picture of it from around 1980 was recently on here. Its also on The Few,The Proud,The Orange.

Where did the old Allis Cowboy end up? That was my favorite tractor when I was quite a few years younger.
