Stock 3010 diesel. had to pull pump and think timing is off a little. good power, runs good, but starts hard when cool outside. Mabey a degree or two too high?

Use a block heater or a can of JD ether, not at the same time.

back timing down a little - it will help the starting. 4-6 deg. starts +runs decent.
