Can anyone name who the 12 outlaw 4.1 tractors are that will be running the ottpa circuit this year?

You just gotta count up everyone that bought a membership and SAID they were a small charger limited pro stock, and that's what they tell promoters is the tractor count in that class. They don't reveal that there will be 4 or 5 at MOST at non-state fair/wisner pulls, till only 4 or 5 show up.
And you'll never guess who ISN'T there to tell the promoter?
Usually is the announcer, tech. official or track builder, or member of the class.
The KING doesn't make his arrival till about 30 to 40 minutes before show time.
