installing a external oil pump and was wondering how much oil pressure to run,have a seperate stage for turbo so that shouldn't hurt anything.2 charger on alcohol 6000 rpm.

I was told the rule of thumb is saying 15 psi per 1000 rpm - so in your case it would be around 90 psi

I have seen bearing failure from to much il pressure in less than 300 cu. in. gas engines not running over 2500 rpms. I guess my question is how most pressure is too much for a 540 cu. in. single charger deisel engine before bearing washout or is it even possible?
