having trouble with a crower 2 disc clutch cant get it to hold |

Too much air gap? stall springs too tight-coil bound? not enough weights? release bearing not giving the fingers enough room? uneven floater plate gap adjustment? just a few ideas! good luck! |

....if Jim's ideas don't help and this is in a turboed 1066 like your name says,,, you need to step up to three or four dics and lots of weights on the arms..... |

do you run sf. big cubes, small cubes, big turbo, small turbo, multi turbos? more then likely it is air gap, weights, or how much room you have between the throw out arms and the cross shaft for the throw out bearing. do you hear some chattering when you let out on the clutch? |

no chattering just wont lock up and have added a lot of weight |

are the clutch disc in the right way and how many rpm's are you releasing it at? |
