Boring my 619 block for p7100 injection pump? May 21, 2010 10:37AM
I need to bore my 619 block so a p7100 pump fits. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this with the engine still in the tractor? Thanks

Its easier to have a new (smaller diameter) bearing endplate made for the pump so it will fit the existing pilot in your block. Been there done that. Did you have this pump built new or is it used?

my p7100 bolted right on. We had to machine a hub to bolt to our pump gear other than that it bolted strait on. Prairie performance built the pump maybe he can shed some light on the subject on what he did on the front of the pump, his number is 660-483-0576

If you have the 10.1L block, then yes, it should've bolted right up anyway.

Call the place that built it and ask them if they will make a new front plate for you.
