I built a hitch on my 5000 lb v8 tractor and i go to a few pulls were there is an ntpa sled there. I made my hole 3 3/4 by 3 inch is that big enought to hook up to a ntpa size hook and sled?

Yes, as long as it is 3 3/4" long and 3" wide it'll work fine.
Also, it should be that way on every NASOA sled at a certain level and above. Not just NTPA.

Well thats the thing we used to run alot smaller none self propelled sled i had a 2 3/4 in dameter hole and over this winter our club bought an old ntpa sled so we have a category 7 or 8 sled now so it will be certfifed ntpa hance the reason for the bigger hitch but i also go to random pulls were say the iron horse of john peterson of black rivier falls wi is at
