I think Masterson's Tinker Toy should be added near the top of this list too. |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

What?
|
Why would you separate the green streaks? I am not arguing where they need placed on the list, but why don't you think they are almost equal in horsepower? They are both dynoed in the same shop and built the same parts aren't they?
BTW - I think El Nino is too low on the list. |

Doesn't matter how much horsepower they have, if they can't get it to the ground its wasted. |

What is the majic number to beat?? |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

Punisher...

Did you have some kind research or data that you used to make this list or did you just make it up off the top of your head?? Seems like kind of a stupid discussion and a waste of time, unless you have actual numbers. Only Phil at Riverside or Jerry at hypermax could figure out the actual list. |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

How about T-Bone he is very competitive without the fancy chasis that everybody swears by. So some of his good finishes must come from H.P. |

I wonder if T-Bone is the most powerful red and or Hyper set up out there. That thing has crazy power. It sure is nice to see Hooks do well with a real tractor. Hooks and Brinkmeyers work as hard as anybody on those tractors. |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

You got it, I have seen these non-component tractors kick some serious ass but these guys have run these machines for 20 - 30 years and know them like the back of there hand. I will say that there set - up is not as forgiving as the components. I guess that is why I savor a win by these two machines. |

Hate to burst you're bubble BSTP-nut, but I would bet there will be some new components in the BSTP mix this season that were hard running cast iron beasts in past years.

Most horsepower, i'd bet a weeks pay on the Grean Streak 2. |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

Cant beat them then join them , Yeah you are probubly right but it is still cool to see the old school beat the hight tech machine at times. |

You are absolutely right that it is fun to see the old iron beating the new componenets.
I don't see TBone changing anytime soon, but I can't say the same for Fuelish Pleasure. I also know that Just in Case when it comes out will be a component chassis. Regardless, it should a good time watching the Badger State classes this year. DPS |

The Snake you forgot the Snake. |

The snake is great. It either does not have as much power as T-Bone or does not get pushed as gard. In BS FP went comp. , but not T-Bone correct? |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

true horsepower
|
I heard that the trailblazer massey from i think arthur illinois is putting out some crazy horsepower. He ran really well at louisville and he wasn't even firen on all cylinders. |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

Where is lemke on this list he should be one of the top. He has no problem beating all of these tractors on the list before! |

Iron Dragon ? |

this list is retarded. Every tractor on this list has won and will again. There are numerous tractors out there that should be on the list but who cares. Hook still has the hardest running pro in the country bar none end of discusion. I never said he has the most power though. |
Re: Top 10 HP Pro Stocks

Hooks buy Nite-Life chassis?

Cast days are numbered! |

YEA YEA YEA HOLD THE CLASS AND SPORT BACK SOME MORE WITH YOUR ANTI COMPONENT B.S.!! MAYBE WE SHOULD THROW OUT THE ANTIQUE CAST TRACTORS EH? OH WAIT WE AINT ALLOWED TO TALK THAT WAY ABOUT CAST TRACTORS!! |

Hold back the sport? How would that be? The rules in ps say you can build a tractor abomination. They look as much like a tractor as a modified. |

I talk to hook a little bit ago and he was still going to run the old chassy. They might have bought the chassy i don't know. Just hope the tranny holds up on the old girl its been awful good to them. If they did buy the chassy they need to put the old sheet metal on it to give it character! |
