how big can you make a 365 cubic in perkins motor does anybody have any ideas |

We are running a 354 perkins on alcohol in the llss
I have looked at a few 365 motors and the best I can tell probably 450 without a lot of trouble I think you could get a 4.25 bore and 5.25 stroke in it. the stock 5 inch stroke puts the rods pretty close to block and bottom of sleeves. |

putting a 1/4 inch stroke on the engine wouldnt be a problem just be carefull with the bore size but the engine is a thick casted engine so i think 450ci is possible.. what class u planning on running in? |

i pull in 7500, 8500, 9500lb farm stock class and our next pull is sept 11th i think in edmonton ky. |

i cant run farm stock no more because i changed the pump i have an A pump run open rpm i just under cubed up here |

that dont matter here our farmstock class aint even close to stock lol... im runnin a 10mm cds A-pump and a h2e holset charger at 3600 rpms making about 300 hp and im still at stock cui most of us here are low cubes below 407ci and me and the other guy with a 399 are in the top 3 almost every pull |

nuttin unusual 20 inch hitch, some times we run a 10 or 12 mph speed limit, no cut tires, 2.3 turbo, no water injection |

i have to run water to much fire you all should think about running nktpa 9000lb farm stock they have about 12 tractors that run in it they run for points they have a web site nktpa.com for rules |
