added port water, changed middle charger to 74 with 132 still 80lbs boost,but haven't burnt any pistons or the head. ran three times same problem ,took single 5 inch exhaust stack off threw it outside installed twin 5 inch pipes 160 lbs boost at 5500 rpms now just need to fine tune thanks for all the help 11 months ago

are you still a 4 charger set up?

it looks as though the main problem was the exhaust... or is there more to it than that?

yeah still four charger 4.5 exhaust outlets x 2 equals 9 square inchs then add 2 3/8 cross bolts then try and push that out 1 five inch pipe 5 dollar problem all this time.

Actually that is 31.8 square inches total.
Radius squared X Pi
4.5 (Diameter) รท 2 = 2.25 (Radius)
2.25 x 2.25 = 5.0625
5.0625 x Pi (3.1416) = 15.9 square inches per stack
15.9 x 2 stacks = 31.8 square inches total, but hey who's counting?SmilingEye Rolling

I'll print this off and put it in my book with all the other info I got from this web site, I failed math thanks for the lesson all I know is that two is a whole lot better than one at this point thanks
