4010 weight September 24, 2010 05:46AM
How light can you get with a 4010 transmission. The class i am planning on running in is 5700lbs. I have heard guys getting lower than that but i would like to have a couple of movable weights. I will be using a 359 motor, you don't see many Deere's in the lighter classes but the weight may be the reason for that. Any input or suggestions would be appreciated, If anyone would rather call instead my number is 816-392-4451.

Thanks
David

ive pulled against lots of them in a 5500 lb class, with pressed steel wheels,i would think with 18.4-38,5000 lbs is acheivable with al rims and such.
