Trying to locate liquid filled pressure gauges January 13, 2011 08:29AM
I am trying to locate a couple liquid filled pressure gauges with a "tattle-tale" needle. Wanting to use one for intake pressure and one for exhaust pressure. I have looked on www.mcmaster.com and found some but they don't seem to have the tattle-tale needle on them. Anyone know of a part number or where I can get them? Would like 0 to 200 psi even though I won't go that high.

Get the part# that you want from the No Shok website then locate a distributor. I bought mine from Ronco Engineering but thats been 10 years ago.

I've seen tractors that use a regular industrial gauge and then put a check valve with a release button (like a compression gauge) somewhere in the line to hold the gauge at the maximum pressure observed until you release it.
