DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE PENN YAN PULL IS GOING TO BE CO-SANCTIONED AGAIN THIS YEAR, ESP AND NYTPA?

still waiting for contracts to come back we have a nytpa meeting feb 5th if i find out anything i will let you know if i had to guess no but a lot can change

ok, thanks alot. i was hoping it was, i saw results from last year and saw it was a big pull( lots of tractors). i am from PA and was planning a trip up to ny.

From what I have heard Penn Yan will be an ESP pull only
