Best pump shop for a model 100 January 29, 2011 02:15AM
Looking to get a 13mm model 100 pump done for a limited rpm heavy farm stock class. I know Hart's and Scheid are both good choices, but was wondering if there may be a better choice or even a shop that specializes in these. Thanks.

call mike,, 410-259-7505,,we have a nice m100, 13 mm pump,,very competitive and durable. built to your specs and reasonable, we are in the process of developing a new plunger that will make the pump smoother running and quieter.. test pumps are showing some increase in delivery, j&m tractor srv. inc

Thanks, but I already have one. Just looking to get it freshened up and don't really want to go back to the original builder for reasons I won't go into here.

I dont mind doing a freshen up on a model 100, I dont care for building a pulling Model 100 from scratch though, 13mm heads are so pricey. ed64drag@lycos.com

St Joe diesel used to do alot of them,they are located in St Joseph,mo I haven't heard their name connected to very much in the pulling bussines for quite some time,but that might be a possability.

I got a 13mm stroker pump done by st joe last spring. It made it 100 feet and stuck the head. Steve stood behind it. The second time it made it 75 feet and did it again. Steve told me I was doing something wrong. Steve fixed it again and wanted me to pay for it this time. I told him I wouldn't until he ran it on there dyno motor. He still has my pump, lines, and injectors to this date and I ended up buying a pump, lines and injectors from another builder to pull the rest of last year. Which was trouble free. And half the price. I would say Stay away from st joe.

You got warranty the first time !!!! how did that happen? No warranty on pulling parts and COD only!!! But I will guarantee it was something you did wrong.
