Could someone give me a quick breakdown of NTPA Region 2 Light Pro Stock Rules. Y'know the basics, ci, turbo, tires, etc; Thank you in advance.

No turbo limit. Turn as big as you think you can.
Cloudy head rule, basically anything other than a billet is ok. (OEM Ag-Type)? |
