humm in order to pull in the ntpa you must have a drivers liscense, if not you can't pull.

Where did you find that info? Its not what the puller article said. The last line states " In the future, they just may have to wait a while longer." MAY being the key word !

If that is the case they need to put an age limit on the flip side. Many of these young drivers can out drive and have better reflexes than some of these old drives.

It should be on ability. If you can prove that you can drive it, go for it. I have seen young guys do great, and have seen a 70 yr old handle a mini just fine.
