Puller Workshop 2011 - Sedalia, MO - May 7th, 2011 April 15, 2011 02:17AM
Bungart Motorsports will be hosting Puller Workshop 2011 on May 7, 2011 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in the grandstand areana. The gates will open at 10am and we will start hooking at noon. We would like this day to be a place for pullers the be able to come and test and tune their vehicles or a place for new drivers to learn. This event is open to all who have safety equipment on their vehicle. Fire suits and helmets are REQUIRED. NO ALCOHOL please - there will be consessions on site and a portion of the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society, Memories of MOM Relay for Life Team. Usually its unlimited hooks , 10 bucks per hook

Is it just the big sled, or will the mini sled be there too???

There is a one time charge of $30 with a $5 food coupon per vehicle. You can hook as many times as you would like, we will be there for the duration. On the level 5 mini rod sled as of now we had not planned on bringing it to the event but if there is enough interest that could change. How many vehicles will show up to this event? Looks like it has been a well planned event but with the recent weather and not much field work done in missouri, how this will affect turnout.

Looking at the weather we should be good to go on Saturday with temps in the upper 70's. Hope to see you all there as it should be a great day for pulling !!!!

Almost 48 hours until the event and the weather still looks great !!! For those of you that are coming you will need to enter off of 16th St in the Main Gate on the North side of the grandstands. All gates on 65 Hwy will be closed due to a charity event being held on the fairgrounds. If you have any questions please feel free to call either Brandon at 573-619-1973 or Melissa at 816-738-9624.

Still on, we got some rain last night but we have the road grader on the track now. Sun is shining and wind is blowing. They have changed the gate again so please come in off of 65 highway gate. See you all here.
