I believe some of the locals are considering bringing a few 4x4 farm tractors with will be fun to watch but we are asking that due to our lack of track space that they don't get extreme on adding weight or bring articulate tractors because I have spoke with the sled operator and we agree that all we will do is slow them down.

We are starting with the six classes posted with every intention to let everyone pull a second time if everyone works well at keeping lined up and being on time. During a previous year we had a similar line up, payed the classes well, and had a free of charge hook for everyone for fun and bragging rights. I personally heard more positive feedback from the second hook than the first after in previous years. Not saying that is what we will do but it is being considered..

Basically I didn't want to advertise for a class with no tractors and have someone travel to pull by themselves. So if you are interested in pulling but feel you will not fit somewhere just ask.

There will be Food and Beverages trackside on the grounds for all. Hope to see everyone have a good time.

Also Wanted to mention that we have a nice graveled lot for pit parking and the park is easily accessed from Main Street.

Our event prices will remain the same as past years with pit passes being $10 and spectator side being $7.

Thanks to the Morgans for the space

Hope you get through without the rain this year. It would be nice to see both shows for a change.

Re: Cuba City Community Tractor Pull June 17th 2011 June 13, 2011 04:43AM
Yeah Justin, No problem. Ill be sure to put some signs around town for it. If nothing else look for the Tin Lantern Motel Sign and turn next to it but I'll be sure to get it marked.

ATTN! Possible 2nd Too Hot To Farm Class w/ possible NO SPEED!Thumbs Up June 13, 2011 04:53AM
Attention to Too Hot to Farm Pullers!

We are discussing making a 2nd too hot to farm class. Possible 12-12,500# with 17/18 MPH or NO Speed Limit.
-This will allow for larger tractors to participate and/or hotter tractors that would choose to run harder than the 15mph limit on the first class.

Looking for more interest in class please respond as soon as possible if interested.

Thanks-
Brian Mueller (608)732-0653

Hey brian do you think turbo farm might beable to hook twice? I am sure it will depend on how many show up and what time allows. If not that is fine i was just wondering. Weather is looking sunny and dry for tommorow.

Mark - Yes that was a fine idea. Too bad i didn't have that idea in time to post it with my Posters and other advertising.

Chad- The common idea is that decisions will be made by the drivers meeting. If numbers are high we will probably suggest one hook and time permitting; have no charge / no payback classes at the end of the night.

Sully- Yes it is Cuba City so the rain is inevitable.

Thanks
