Dave and Dennis will be having the new Midwest Pulling Sled at the Lafarge Saturday. We done some testing on the sled but would like everyone to know we will be there early at Lafarge. Anyone wanting to come early and make some test hooks on the sled is more then welcome to do so. We will try to have everything there and ready to go by 9 oclock. That will give us some time to dial the in sled for the different weight classes and give the skids a good break-in on the that good Lafarge blacktop. Would like to remind everyone this is a new sled, scales and measuring system. If anyone has any questions with anything at the pull please bring them to our attention. We want everyone to have a good time pulling and enjoy this new sled Dave and Den have built. If anyone has any questions before hand Dave can be reached at 608-476-2186 or myself at 608-558-0255. Thanks for the space Jake, Matt

Dave and Dennis Butler's new sled will be at Lafarge, this is the first pull for their new sled. There will be a test and tune at the track from 8:30-9:30am. This will be done on a first come first serve basis until 9:30am. The testing will stop then regardless if there is a line or not so we can prepare for the pull to start at 10:00am sharp. If you want to make a pass make sure you are in line early or you may not make the 9:30am cutoff.

I really like this organization, they make fair rules and enforce them. Retreat had a ton of classes but I'm sure the normal few will still have something to cry about.

Just a reminder, Brad's new sled will be at Retreat. Make sure your drawbar has a hole 3 3/4" long and 3" wide or the new hook will NOT fit your tractor.

Can you explain the reasoning behind making such a large hook? We just got a new hitch made for the oliver based on the national 3.25" rule. I guess we won't be able to pull Retreat Sunday???

Lafarge pull is on the street next the the football field. I believe it is the last street to the right on your way out of town towards Ontario.
