needing a big cam more with lots of loap or a IH 301 gas motor and can some one help me please and what do i need to do?

who's vogel? we got a big cam in ours for turning 5000 rpm.. but probably changing it shortly since all the rules around here are keeping a 2800-3000 rpm

we're gonna hang on to it since its been ground for our motor... so if we ever sell it, we can sell it with both cams..

what do u have in thie engine now for pistons? what is the max lift for your valve springs? what is the # of spring pressure open and closed? How many Rpms do you want to turn? what tractors are you pulling against that are beating you? if you just want it to sound mean put a stromberg carburetor on it and run it rich on idle and eveyone will think youve got a monster cam in it. as far as proformance you may need a few more parts to run your cam. Floyd Isbell 570 637 1311 the cam grinder above im sure could do a good job regrinding a cam but its the whole package that makes it work. got [www.localtractorpulls.com] view bottom video 560 that turns 5500 rpms
