I have heard 7-10 psi but we are still learning for ourselves.

We had 24.5 single cuts. We ran 11 lbs and it worked really good all the time.

It's really going to depend on your setup and what weight class u are running. I would start around 10-12 psi and go from there. Just remember that a flat ball doesn't bounce.

A flat will certainly bounce if you roll it. I don't put any stock in that flat ball statement.
