Seems every fastenal location is different. Our local one is very, very picky. Basically if it's not completely enclosed on a standard size pallet they won't take it.

Just wondering if a 466 would compete? Thanks
Define "compete" as a 466 can run really good, but unless they miss their setup you won't beat a 510/540

Got a IH Prostock with billet steel conrods and am seeing the small end bushes taking a beating on the bottom outer edges, letting the wrist pin ‘wobble’. After around thirty runs they’re pretty shot. The bushes I have been using came from a respected engine guy and are around 0.090” in the wall. Also there is 0.250” clearance either side of the rod to piston boss.

If the pin floats in the piston, how about making the pin an inference fit into the rod?
Personally, I would not do that.

This has all been brought to my attention, glad to see NTPA putting out a detailed set of rules, but guess they need to be written so that a 4 year old can understand. Harry Bledsoe was found illegal for very similar to this turbo issue. The bore of the turbo is what is measured and always has been, and if wheel must protrude 1/8” into the bore it can not measure 3

How close or how far you put your hubs on the axle is open to opinion. As for the u bolt hubs like anything else need to be put on a CLEAN axle and torqued properly. An impact is not acceptable procedure. If run loose they break like anything else.

Go to a truck shop, they should be able to have bolts made to your specs like they do for truck axle springs. They'll be fine thread and high strength.
Already tried. See above.
Unverferth seems to be the closest so far for 1 1/8" u bolts

Having a hard time finding u bolts for a set of 9 bolt hubs.
They're 1 1/8" thread and for an IH 3 1/4" axle. The only ones I seem to be able to find are only 7/8" and the only spring shop I found with in an hour n a half that does 1 1/8 can only do the shortest length of 30" - which is twice as long as I'd need. Anyone have a source? Thanks in advance!

The turbo off of the combine engine will absolutely make it feel like it has no power as you can not turn the engine hard enough in speed limit to keep the charger going very well at all with the bigger exhaust housing. Also, if you tried to turn the fuel up "all the way" with the pump there's a good chance you hurt yourself as well as it has a good chance of having retard plungers/barrels.

Just order the correct one for your serial number based on the break as you have described. Your serial number is 34351, The break you stated was 39375. So you will need to order the kit listed before the 39375 break because your serial number 34351 is lower than the break number of 39475.

What is different in a first model year dt360 vs the rest of them? I see there's a serial number break trying to order a rebuild kit. Looks like the break is serial number 39375
My dt360 serial number is 34351
